That’s what came to us when we took in this stunning photo of winter wave-action in Cox Bay. From the choppy foreground and misty explosion on the rocks, to the cloudy eye-of-the-storm in the sky, this winning shot by Stan Rasmus required a steady, skilled cameraman.

Agent Abby

With a stream of fabulous guest feedback since joining us in July, Guest Services Agent Abby Grilli has officially earned Five Star Employee of the Month status.

What's more, this is Abby’s first job in the hospitality industry. Not only is she a natural with guests, co-workers also enjoy her happy, helpful style.

Previously Abby worked with a seafood company in Ucluelet, after she and her husband and 3 children moved in 2001 from Angeles City, Philippines.
