Mag to the Rescue

Five Star Employee of the Month – Magdalena (“Mag”) Ortiz – is not only a Guest Services Agent that guests described as “very helpful in selecting excellent accommodations for us,” she’s also known for jumping in and helping out in Housekeeping.

And when she’s not helping out at the Resort, she loves to cook. Originally from Mexico, word’s out she makes a killer chicken tostada!

Mag just celebrated her 2-year anniversary with us. She’s loving the Tofino lifestyle and is looking forward to having her husband and family join her here.
