Meet Michael Ranoco – Five Star Employee of the Month as voted by guests. From housekeeping and shuttle driver to on-call houseman, he does it all with pleasure and a big “how can I help you” grin.

After over 8 years in the hospitality industry – including 3 years in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Michael has a natural way with Guests.

But what’s the real inspiration behind his smile? He has a 2-year old boy named Mhyke Dangiel back in the Philippines.

Michael has lots of cool hobbies and says he’d love to be a fire fighter someday, but his big dream is to become a Canadian resident and bring his son home.
