Nurse in the House

Introducing Emily Tant, a soon-to-be nurse that’s currently our resident House Person – translation: handy and helpful at everything.

From tending the gardens and shuttling guests to town, to keeping Guest Services groceries and retail items stocked and ready, Emily was voted Five Star Employee of the Month by guests who enjoyed her warm, friendly service style.

Originally from Sundridge, Ontario, Emily’s lived across Canada, landing in Tofino this spring after taking a break from nursing school. She hopes to complete her nursing program and work at Tofino General Hospital. In the meantime, she’s enjoying the Tofino lifestyle along with gardening, crafting and cooking.

Welcome Emily! We’re happy you’re happy calling Tofino your new home.
